Design & Digital Executive (12 month FTC)
About The Role
Practice Plus Group is the UK’s leading independent provider of NHS services for patients in contact with the justice system. This includes the provision of healthcare in prisons and immigration removal centres (IRCs), as well as support offered outside of secure environments via our non-custodial services.
We also deliver healthcare within the community via our Integrated Urgent Care offer, which includes NHS 111, Out-of-Hours (OOH) care, and Clinical Assessment Centres (CAS).
We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Primary Care Communications and Marketing Team as a Design & Digital Executive.
You will be producing high quality design and digital content, including social media graphics, intranet visuals and printed materials. Alongside this, you will edit videos to create engaging content for internal and external audiences, while supporting with the posting of pre-approved content to social media channels.
This role is remote / home working, with occasional travel to our office in Theale, Reading — approximately once per month.
This role is being offered on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Hours:
This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, working Monday - Friday, 9am until 5:30pm.
Salary:
The salary is £38,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.

What you'll be doing
As our new Design & Digital Executive, your duties will include :
- Developing visually engaging, brand‑consistent content for internal and external channels using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite — including LinkedIn social media graphics, intranet campaign materials, and printed assets such as posters and leaflets.
- Scheduling and posting pre-approved social media content across corporate social media channels
- Video editing to produce ready-to-use content for internal and external channels

As our new Design & Digital Executive, you will:
- Be a creative and proactive professional, with a strong eye for detail and passion for digital communication
- Be competent in using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Have experience in an artworking, design, digital communications, creative content or similar role
- Be comfortable posting content to social media channels
- Be confident and comfortable balancing creative flair with brand consistency
Desirable but not essential:
- Have knowledge of website content management systems (CMS) and maintenance
