Are you an enthusiastic and committed Year 3 Teacher ready for a fresh opportunity from Easter 2026?
Do you have experience teaching in KS1 and feel confident delivering the curriculum to a high standard as a Year 3 Teacher?
If so, this could be the perfect next step for you. A highly regarded primary school in Reading is looking to appoint a motivated Year 3 Teacher to join their KS2 team after Easter 2026. In this role, the successful Year 3 Teacher will deliver engaging lessons, support pupil progress, and work effectively within the KS2 National Curriculum to ensure every child thrives.
This Year 3 Teacher position also offers the chance to take on additional responsibilities, including potential TLR opportunities for the right candidate.
Key requirements:
* Proven experience as a primary school Year 3 Teacher
* Strong classroom management and organisational skills
* A genuine passion for supporting pupil development
* Interest in wider school responsibilities (optional TLR available)
The school benefits from excellent public transport connections and provides on-site parking for staff. As a two-form entry school, staff enjoy shared planning and collaborative working, creating a supportive and team-focused environment.
