Executive Assistant to the Head, Crosfields School
Crosfields School are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to work in close partnership with the Head, supporting the smooth and effective leadership of our warm, ambitious and values-led school community.
This is a trusted role at the heart of school life, ideally suited to someone who is highly organised, calm under pressure and enjoys working in a busy, people-focused environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in enabling the Head to focus on strategic leadership by managing priorities, communications and day-to-day organisation with discretion, judgement and professionalism.
For the right candidate, the role may also include Clerk to Governors responsibilities, offering an opportunity to work closely with the school's governance structure and further contribute to the strategic life of the school.
