Employer Tax Manager - Location Flexible - 100% WFH

Our client are set up perfectly for 'Flexible Working' and offer the chance to work 100% from home.

Review and analysis of UK expenses/benefits information provided by internal team(s) and/or client for benefit reporting (Forms P11D) including inputting reportable information into P11D software (training provided) and producing final draft returns for Line Manager review / client approval (depending on client/complexity).

Main Responsibilities:

Demonstrate a depth of technical knowledge in own service area and apply this knowledge to develop solutions to complex technical issues
Manage a team in complex and demanding assignments on a day to day basis
Proactively seek out business development opportunities as well as participating fully in new client pitch situations
Act as a focal point for the delivery of sophisticated tax advice to clients and the business
Write high quality tax reports, professionally presented documents, requiring minimal input from directors or partners

Skills:

General tax background or previous payroll / employment tax experience.
Must be able to correspond in English both internally and with clients
Needs to be confident in providing technical advice on the taxation of UK benefits and related payroll matters (Payroll, vs P11D vs PSA, etc)
