Ad-Hoc Reception Administrator
Location: Reading Hourly Rate: £12.71 Contract: Ad-hoc / Temporary Hours: As and when required (cover for sickness, holidays, busy periods)
We are looking for a reliable and professional Ad-Hoc Reception Administrator to provide front-of-house and administrative support on a flexible, as-needed basis in Reading.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors and managing reception duties
- Answering and directing calls and emails
- Booking meeting rooms and managing diaries
- Handling basic administration, data entry and filing
- Supporting the wider office team as required
Skills & Experience
- Previous reception or office administration experience preferred
- Confident communication and customer service skills
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Well-organised, adaptable and able to work independently
- Smart, professional appearance
