We are seeking an experienced and committed SENCO to join a prestigious independent school in Reading . This full-time, permanent position offers the chance to lead SEND strategy and provision across the school, ensuring that every learner receives the highest quality support.
Experience and Qualifications
• Qualified SENCO (NASENCO) or willingness to complete the qualification
• Proven track record of supporting students with diverse learning needs
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• QTS (PGCE or equivalent) and deep understanding of the SEND Code of Practice
• Legal right to work in the UK
