Our Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our sprinkler projects from beginning to completion.

What you’ll be doing:

• Maintain Project & H&S paperwork being undertaken on a weekly basis; includes small tool inspections, MEWP/plant Inspections, test sheets and completion certificates.

• Induction and supervision of all operatives, including checking of skill cards, operatives’ abilities and timesheets. Carry out daily briefings & putting operatives to work.

• Attendance at daily / weekly / monthly Client site meetings.

• Ensure work areas are kept clean and tidy.

• Monitor progress and quality of installation.

• Maintain client relationships.

• Order necessary materials for the site, ensuring they are stored correctly, and stock levels are maintained.

• Report changes/progress to the Project Manager and Client - record changes through photographs and marked drawings.

What you’ll need:

• Previous experience in a Site Supervisor role.

• Sprinkler/Mechanical/Electrical background is preferred.

• Good Organizational Skills, including ability to work within tight deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Track record of successful project completion

• Valid UK Driving License and Reliable Transportation.

• Must have CSCS card and SMSTS / SSSTS qualification.
