As the leading Corporate Tax Manager you will work alongside influential tax partners to provide bespoke tax advice to clients who will range from OMB's to AIM listed. You will be dealing with a wide range of tax issues and the split of the work will be 80% advisory and 20% compliance. You will be advising on the operation of corporation tax reliefs and exemptions such as the substantial exemption and R&D tax credits. You will be performing high level reviews of corporate tax computations to identify planning opportunities and to check whether complex areas have been dealt with correctly. Additionally you will work on international tax principles, such as transfer pricing, the operation of tax treaties, and the mechanics of double tax relief.

The ideal Corporate Tax Manager should be client focused with a solid knowledge base of corporate tax issues and compliance procedures that will allow them to supervise members of the team who deal with the areas. For more information please email [email protected]
