The Role

As Site Manager, you will:

• Lead the operational management of the school site and premises

• Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and statutory requirements

• Oversee maintenance schedules, planned works, and contractor management

• Manage site staff and coordinate daily caretaking responsibilities

• Support the Senior Leadership Team in maintaining a safe and secure environment

You will play a key role in ensuring the school buildings and grounds remain safe, functional, and welcoming for students, staff, and visitors.
