Early Years Nursery Practitioner

About the role:

• Plan and implement a curriculum in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Create a stimulating and safe environment for children to explore, learn, and develop
• Provide high-quality care and support for children's physical, emotional, and educational needs
• Build positive relationships with children and their families, promoting effective communication and partnership working
• Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and contributing to individual learning plans
• Ensure compliance with nursery policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development opportunities

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about providing high-quality care and education for young children
• Ability to work effectively in a team and build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• DBS check and right to work in the UK
