Pay: £85 – £105 per day

Do you have experience supporting children with autism and a strong commitment to making a positive impact as an ASD TA?
If this sounds like you, a well-regarded school in Reading is eager to welcome a proactive ASD TA to join their dedicated team. In this role, the ASD TA will provide focused support to pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them access learning, build confidence, and thrive in the classroom.
This is a fantastic opportunity to form meaningful relationships with pupils while playing a key part in fostering an inclusive and supportive school setting.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering personalised support as an ASD TA for students with additional needs
* Supporting individual learning and behaviour strategies
* Working closely alongside teaching staff and the SENCO
* Promoting independence, participation, and emotional development
The school is easily accessible via public transport and also offers on-site parking. You’ll be part of a friendly and collaborative environment, with opportunities for ongoing training and development.
