Full-Time Carer Position – Flexible shifts available (Reading, West Berkshire- Tilehurst, Caversham, Pangbourne & Henley)

Working Hours:
A core requirement of this position is the ability to work a consistent 35-hour week. Mornings, evenings, and weekends is essential for success in this role.

What will you do?
• Provide companionship and accompany clients to appointments or outings (if required)
• Monitor medication schedules and remind clients to take their medication (if required)
• Help with meal prep and cooking.
• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, etc., if required)
• Support with daily household tasks (cleaning, laundry, dusting, ironing)
• Run errands (shopping, prescription pick-up, etc., if required)

Who are you?
• Caring, with a strong work ethic.
• Great with people and able to manage time effectively.
• Respectful, professional, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Physically able to assist with personal care and household tasks.
• Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
• Willing to undergo a CQC DBS check for working with vulnerable adults.
• Eligible to work in the UK (we do not offer visa sponsorships)

Essential Requirements

Full, valid UK driving licence

Right to Work in the UK
