The Role: We are looking for an inspiring Science Teacher who can deliver high-quality lessons across all key stages, fostering a deep interest in scientific inquiry and exploration. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective Science lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports student participation and learning.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support.
• Encourage students to develop a passion for science and critical thinking skills.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
• Engage in continuous professional development and stay current with advancements in science education.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support cross-curricular projects and activities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in Science or a related subject.
• Experience teaching Science at secondary level is preferred.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for science and a commitment to student success.

Desirable:

• Experience in teaching multiple science disciplines.
• Ability to lead extracurricular science clubs or activities.
• Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technology integration.
