Salary: £85 - £105 per day

Do you have experience supporting pupils with behavioural needs and a passion for making a positive impact as a Behaviour Mentor?
If so, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. A well-respected school in Reading is seeking a committed Behaviour Mentor to join their pastoral team. In this role, the successful Behaviour Mentor will work closely with pupils who require additional behavioural support, helping them to engage positively with their learning and the wider school environment.
This Behaviour Mentor role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families, while contributing to a supportive and inclusive school culture.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide targeted support as a Behaviour Mentor to pupils with behavioural challenges
* Implement behaviour strategies and support plans effectively
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff and the SENCO
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing across the school
