Key Responsibilities

• Respond to breakdown calls and provide on‑site technical assistance to members.
• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues, including mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic faults.
• Maintain a professional, customer‑focused attitude while representing the organization on the road.
• Collaborate with the technical support team and follow safety and quality procedures.
• Document service actions accurately and ensure equipment is kept in good working order.

What We’re Looking For

• A Level 2 light‑vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven hands‑on experience with technical, electrical, and diagnostic work on vehicles.
• Strong customer‑service skills and a genuine desire to help people.
• A full UK driving licence.

Working Conditions & Compensation

This is a field‑based role with a base salary of £35,000 . On‑target earnings (OTE) typically range from £43,000 to £53,000 , reflecting the unlimited earning potential of the position. You will start and finish your shift from your own driveway, eliminating additional travel time.

Location: Various sites across the United Kingdom, with a flexible schedule that aligns with service demand.
